私たちは、多様性に満ちた社会の中に生きています。
社会の質は、ダイバーシティ（多様性）といかに関わり、生きているかで決まります。「ダイバーシティ能力検定」は、企業、地域社会、学校や家庭など、あらゆる空間で発生する課題を解決し、全ての場所に平和と発展をもたらす一助になると信じています。
この検定の誕生は、私にとって長年の願いでありました。私自身も、大学の授業や企業、自治体主催の講演会・研修会に取り入れております。多くの方にぜひ受験していただき、この志を応援していただけることを心より願っております。
We live in a society filled with diversity, and the quality of society is determined by how it engages with and embraces diversity. The “Diversity Capability Certification” believes in contributing to solving issues that arise in various spaces, bringing peace and development to all. I have incorporated it into my university classes and corporate seminars. I sincerely hope that many people will take the certification exam and support its mission.
