In contemporary society, it is not an exaggeration to say that the most significant theme is positive coexistence with diversity. The “Diversity Capability Test” aims to cultivate our knowledge, culture, awareness, and ability to act regarding diversity.

The concept of diversity initially began with D&I (Diversity & Inclusion), then expanded to DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and recently updated to DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging Awareness). We anticipate further evolution in the future.

The “Diversity Capability Test” includes content related to diversity management, as well as broader aspects of “diversity capability,” including multicultural coexistence, human rights, and SDGs, in an inclusive manner. To visualize the diversity capability required for achieving a peaceful and sustainable society, in other words, assessing human capability objectively, the “Diversity Capability Test” is conducted.

Originally developed and implemented for university students by professors and experts, the test was opened to the broader society in 2023. This allows individuals of all ages and backgrounds to take the test. It is utilized not only for individual applications but also by organizations and groups, regardless of size, including schools, universities, and companies. It has gained popularity among job seekers. The “Diversity Capability Test” is expected to continue spreading in society as a qualification that demonstrates “human capability” and receives high recognition.

The purpose of the “Diversity Capability Test” goes beyond a simple pass or fail judgment. Instead, it aims to enhance the knowledge, culture, awareness, and ability to act related to the diversity capability of the examinees, contributing to the realization of a peaceful and continuously developing society. Therefore, the test is designed with a mechanism that allows learning from mistakes during the exam. While there is a limit to the number of attempts, a retest can be taken with the initial exam fee.

Successful candidates are awarded the “Diversity Capability Certification.”

The content of the “Diversity Capability Test” is constantly updated. Therefore, it is recommended not to consider one-time success sufficient but to regularly take the test, for example, annually, to update diversity capabilities.

The “Diversity Capability Test” is not only applicable to “diversity capability” but also utilized as a “Multicultural Coexistence Capability Test” and a “Human Rights Capability Test.” Please make effective use of it.

Payment and Registration

Make the payment and complete the registration. (Discounts may be available at certain times; please check the payment site for details.)

Receipt of Login Data

After payment confirmation, receive login data from the Diversity Ability Certification Association within 24 hours.

Exam Within One Month

Take the exam within one month of receiving the login data. While smartphone-based exams are possible, it is recommended to use a computer if available.

Results and Certification

If you pass the exam, you will receive the “Diversity Ability Certification.” If unsuccessful, you can retake the exam up to three times, with the ability to learn from mistakes and improve with each attempt.

The Diversity Ability Certification Association aims not just for pass/fail judgments but to enhance knowledge and awareness of diversity. The certification is designed to contribute to the development of a peaceful and sustainable society.

The Diversity Ability Certification is conducted by the Diversity Ability Certification Association, a general incorporated association.
